I have been a patient at Grey Orthodontics for the past six years, and I must say, I have never been disappointed with the service and care provided at the Mandeville location! From the moment you walk through the doors, you can appreciate the attention to detail. The ambiance is wonderful, the facility is always clean, and the temperature is just perfect! Not to mention the lovely candies at the front desk those are the bomb, lol! The coffee and tea are amazing, too, and even the cozy little touches, like the mirrors and sinks, make the experience that much more enjoyable. A special shout out to the ladies at the front desk/reception. They are the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. Their warm welcome, pleasant personalities, and overall presence make such a difference. They truly help set the tone for the entire experience! And of course, a special mention to Dr. Henry, who is absolutely one of the best! His professionalism, care, and incredible attention to detail truly stand out. Jhanae was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. She knows exactly what she is doing and demonstrates great professionalism and dedication to her job. Six years later, I can confidently say that Grey Orthodontics continues to exceed my expectations. Keep up the excellent work, team! You are doing an amazing job. Highly recommended!

There is excellent customer service all around. The front desk staff especially Shantel and are friendly but professional.. They are both very knowledgeable of the process and this makes it seem seamless especially since most persons are afraid of visiting the dentist.

I was introduced to Greys by my sister and I have been having a good time. No one ever get excited to go to the orthodontist but I am happy to visit just to see the staff. I don’t usually have favorites but Melonie is my favorite. She is super accommodating and friendly. Any time you visit ask for Melonie.

The first time I went there, I was greeted my Melonie and I have loved going back. She walked me through my 4 extraction and followed up with me after to ensure I was okay. I definitely recommend going there.

I've been going to Grey's in Kgn for over a year now. No issues with service as they are very responsive. Environment is clean and they always have coffee stocked. Also my Ortho Assistant, Camesha, is so gentle and pleasant. 10s across the board.
